Permanent work proceeds under a separate written agreement identifying scope, price, materials, responsibilities and anticipated timing.
AVEQOR may communicate about its construction scope, method, estimate and project status when authorized by the owner.
The owner and carrier control policy interpretation, coverage and payment decisions. Coverage questions should go to the carrier, a licensed public adjuster or legal counsel.
The owner remains responsible for the deductible, depreciation until released, upgrades, excluded work and amounts due under the signed construction agreement.
